Learnt a lot as iv grown from outside the company to being a supervisor
I have worked with different people, attitude n learnt to control the staff to be productive, built a solid reationship between me n the workers because a happy worker is very productive, i learnt to give out shifts thay will balance hours n work to b carried out during the day not be affected, how to order for busy days n have enough staff so customers get the best service

It was much pleasure to have the opportunity to work with well trained people for 3 years.
I had gained much experience and skill once again in a lifetime at Checkout.I felt like i was born to be part of the company's. It is the most exciting memories of lifetime.
Pros: I have worked so hard that the company recognized me and they promoted me to a supervisor in fruits & veg and work to their warehouse.
Cons: 8 to 9 hours Monday to Saturday and Sunday 5 to 6 hours

I'm a fast learner
my job is to make sure that at the end of the day the customers they have a best service they must get. I'm very accountable of balancing at the end of the day. I'm very good on working as a team and individual. I'm an energetic person and willing to learn as an ambitious person

Good company recognized by most South African people as the best serving and service.
I rate this company for the day I walk in by the door that I was in the right place.I thank them for the great opportunity that they offered me for the past few years and the experience that I have right now.
