They give training. Safety is very important to them. Staff encourage to work safely at all times. My supervisor open door policy and so has 99% of management. Co-workers support each other, learn from each other. There can be departmental arguments but Opsco sorts these out and we move on. The point is to resolve issues. Respect between staff, management is driven and we must respect each other at all times. I have learnt a lot from my colleagues. Maturity is a must. We have targets and reporting that go Overseas so we seek to put the bar high and achieve it. Time management is needed. We have small teams and when staff on leave it is a bit of pressure to fill in the gaps. But we learn cross functional this way.
Pros: Willing to promote and advertise positions which allows growth. Family friendly - great place for mommies to work. Offer learnerships. Find this great for the guys who need a chance in life.
Cons: People stay here 35 years +. Not many career growing jobs open. Smaller teams. Eg only 5 in finance.

Good learning environment for starter
Great people to work with, but company management not open. I like the fact that Friday is a short day. Learned a lot about manufacturing industry in overall. Company does not have good perks and only few people has.
Pros: Great working environment
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Continuous improvement with persuasion
- Reviewing of the past 24hrs productivity and the outlook for the present fay and future. -Respectful culture with outligned individual responsibilities, mentoring, coaching and retention of talent. -Team building is key in achieving the set company objectives and lending support where necessary. -Working with motivated employees who understand the quality of products we deliver to our customers on time in full. -When supporting departments don't understand the complexities of production and demand finished products without following the systems in place, also by not respecting the sales forecast and chopping and changing the production plan.
Pros: potential and opportunities for company growth
Cons: Chasing tails everyday - poor leadership and unwillingness to adopt new working methodologies
