Excellent benefits, in house training, great people to work with

In HR you have a variety of jobs in one day. Admin, Recruiting, Wage query, New employee induction, employee assistance councelling. i loved every minute of it, but after 20 years there was no challenge. I believe being out the industry for a while now, I will find it challenging. The most challenging aspect was to stay on top of everything, and making sure each employee's query was attended to timeously I loved administration, interviewing, councelling employees. Having to dismiss an employee was the one part i hated the most, but knew that was part of the package.

Cons: none, I have no dependants, so long hours dont concern me
