Hard working and Good communication

Hard and good communication skills nut were working variable shift.Am good aat dearling with hard customers and working hard and am a good communicate with lot of experience working with customers and giving up my timr to help customers and explain about the special that occurs in pur industry.what i have leant mostly to the people i was working with is time management and goals griven people with good communication skills. The most challenging expect of the job was working variable shift and lack of money that we receive that was not good at me.

Indeed excellent learning curve

Working condition in store level amongst collegues is of good atmosphere,,not typical as everyday has its own challenges.For myself with dedication that I had within retail industry I was able to get promoted on such a short space is time unlike the others who have been with the company for quite some time..

Pros: Not easily promoted on managerial positions.
Cons: Retail in general have long working hours.

Excellent learning curve

I got to work with different people from different back round, I got to learn a lot from my experience not working at the Same department that too was an amazing experience,
