Work hours are long Have a good relationship with co workers How to treat staff with respect and alot of other valuble busnnies skills in running a branch working with people The long hours and that we are at risk for carring lots of cash

Good experience

Its a good company but they dont pay well especially for amount of things i do. There is alot of gossiping and backbitting from co-workers and sometimes its difficult just too shut all of that out.
