Measure of perfection

My day starts at 6 and ends 4, this day is usually very busy as troubleshooting takes most of my day, in emergency situation I prefer to stay calm as I can think well and perform best under pressure. I like to treat my staff with respect, as I believe its a two way street. I also like to compliment my staff on a job well done but also lead them to do better if they have failed a task, I encourage an open transparent relationship between my staff and I as this helps in minimizing work stress. the most challenging aspect for me is dealing with difficult customers or suppliers. I enjoy audits the most. I have learnt that better time management equals great results.

Excellent industry for learning

I enjoyed my work duties at Chester Wholesale Meats, we got good training on fleet management and engaging on some of Transport Manager's Duties. Business plan

Not good at all , there are people with matric and they have good jobs. And I have a degree and they put me in the archives for filing. No body cares about qualifications there, in short there is still racism. One or two co_workers that have sense of humour. By the time they hire me I was told I was to learn something new, but I haven't.I'm doing what I was doing at my previous job ,so nothing new except being exploited .I don't enjoy at all
