I have learned to calculate salaries, leave days and processing salaries on VIP payroll. To process transactions on Evolution and preparing month end reports. Creating and editing time sheets on monthly basis. Loading payments on Standard bank business online. Submitting PAYE,UIF making COIDA payments. Assisting Auditors to compile audit reports for the organization. Calculating monthly log sheet. I have good relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy learning a new skill on my own, finding a better way of doing things effectively and accurately by myself and supervising finance team, Bookkeeper ,Logistic officer ,Petty cash Officer and IT Officer. The most challenging : its the month end reporting where we also have to attend meetings and submit reports to donors ,making SARS payments and Provident Fund payments.
Pros: As the organisation is an Non Profit organisations there are no garanteed promotions as its life span depends on the availability of funds.
Cons: Normal working hours (8 hours per day excluding lunch)

Good learning curve
• Provide and Interpreting Finance information. • Monitoring and Interpreting cash flow and predicting future trends. • Analysing changes and advising accordingly. • Drafting proposal for the Funders, USAID, LOTTO, DSD etc. • Managing a company’s Financial accounting, monitoring and reporting. • Liaising with the auditor to ensure annual monitoring is carried out. • Developing external relationship with appropriate contact e.g. Auditors, Funders, Bankers • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadline. • Supervising Staff, including print out report from Pastel VIP for summary, paying EMP201 to SARS, interacting with the company consultant for the EMP501 to ensure that all the month are reconcilied • Keep abreast in changes in the financial regulation and legislation.

Its a world of exposure
It was a conducive environment to work in and it has provide me with the duties which I was able to get much experience and being independent to take own initiative. I work well with every one and able to submit all the required data and reports on time.

When they appoint me as HR Officer
i receive incoming calls and refer them to the relevant people, arranging meetings for board members as requested by Manager. making sure that everything concerning HR is ok files of the workers and their payslips, leave spread sheet is on order.
Pros: i work as HR OFFICER
Cons: preapering for meeting of the board making sure all the paper work are ready and their refreshment. making of new files of the worker and providing the audit with leave spread sheet.

Excellent review
Time management with collegues Team work with co wotkes I learn how to be patient with client I enjoyed working hard and not to be shown the job but doing it myself When we were ordering stock in the company,the most challenge was when we do phone calls
