I do the cash up in the morning. I will make sure that the money is dropped and if the Fidility arrives that the money goes to the bank. Make sure staff has there ppe and if not i will issue it. Insure heath and safty standard in and around the factory nd sales areas I do the petty cash Issue stationary ,petrol cards for drivers,issue staff teas coffee,milk I do the buying off the statonary diesel for hyster ,staff teas for staff ,cleaning aids for the store. Grv's,pod'd credit control,debtrors Adhoc invoicing Month end duties

Exellent
I have very strong relationship with my co-workers as we sometimes work as a team I have learnt to work as individual and as a team and i have learnt to work smart as my work needed my full attention to details i enjoyed my work as i gave my full time to it and i have a good team working with The challenge was that i worked as admin and receptionist and also cashier at the same time doing filling making sure that i ordered everything that the company needed i also have to deal with the pay roll and petty cash every Wednesday so it was real challenging even though i had to make sure that the company still have to run as the face of the compant
Pros: no great opportunity as the company is small
Cons: it was good but i didn't explore my career as the company is too small

Learn a lot each day,not ideal working area but make the most of it,good team i work with
Needs to pay more ai467ttention to staff needs then managerial ,look into staff rewards as staff is well under payed for the performance that they give
