Good and enjoyment that i did recieve from choice was on top to staff it was lovely to me

working for the company was a pre-village to me as well working with customers as well communicate every minutes that was so good me. also helping each other was so good

Pros: for me working for the company i did learn a lot like working on the team or as individuals as well time management and bieng the stock room control and working on the floor as well as casher thats was huge gain to my experience
Cons: from-8-30am to 17-30pm

I'mI'm friendly with my co-workers, I like to talknd listen to other people's ideas. I enjoy helping customers to get what they want and I also enjoy consulting with customers and fellow employees. The most challenging aspect of my job is when we do stock taking because during that day we walk 3-5 hours more than our normal working hours friendly with my co-workers, I like to talk and listen to other people's ideas. Fast learner

Work as a cashier,also work on the floor by different departments , clean your department and also help customers.The customers comes first and we also help each other as a team.

Pros: Shop assistant or supervisor

Good interpersonal skills

I Thokozane currently doing my part jobs at choice I have spent 1half year therefore for such period I have gained trust and a healthy relationship with other employees so working at a retailer i have learnt enjourance and patience in dealing with customer,therefore what I enjoyed the most is knowing how to resolve intrer personal conflict.the most challenging part of my job was doing a stock take where it recommend more time and effort.

Good learning experience

Typical day at work for me would be going through their departments rectify the layouts or fill up empty spaces. Being a simple person, simple minded and appreciating the simplest things life offers and always remaining humble in all circumstances. Team work is best when you're willing to learn and grow within the company. Helping the customers with all their needs from fashion to satisfaction. When the team struggle with their departments and don't intend on being helpful towards one another then I'll have to report to the manager that is never really in the store.

Pros: Learning more and growth as an individual within the company
Cons: Area managers don't communicate with stuff nor supervisors but only the managers.

Im a hardworking individual and manage my duties to the best of my ability

I do not mind to work onSundays or public holidays. I'm a very friendly and also strictly person. I enjoy a tidy and clean environment. Always ensure that my customers exit my store satisfied and happy.

Pros: make sure that all promotion products are always top sellers.
