• Obtain quotations • Obtain samples so that material and sizing can be checked and approved. • Once products are fully developed, send purchase order, shipping instructions and full specification instructions. • Give purchase order through to import controller • Keep progress report up to date, as well as completion date list with shipping info when available, blueprint schedule etc. • When blueprints or samples are received from printers, record in blueprint file and give immediately to Gifts Support Services Manager for handing to editors/artists. • Once checked, send file/info for corrections, if any, to printer/manufacturer or approval if correct. This is a priority over all other work so that production is not held up. • Follow up with manufacturers/printers constantly on progress.

I am a Vibrant young Lady. I have extensive experience in MS Word, Excel, and over all office administration and would be of great value to any organization. I am always willing to learn and thrive under pressure. I am diligent, focused and very professional. Articulate, pay attention to detail and always follow thru with my work.
