Excellent growth and development oportunity

I have experience in relevant engineering, production and operations management roles over the course of my career, covering production management, safety management and compliance, operational and project budget control, maintenance and equipment reliability management, Instrumentation and process automation and EPCM project management. My normal working day would involve meeting with the team to review operational performace from safety compliance, production and quality, maintenance activities and hr issues. I have a respectful relationship with my co-workers and have an open door policy and encourage a learning and information sharing culture. I enjoy the every day challanges faced at work and as a leader and the learnings that can be taken. I look forward to further improving my knowledge and skills and also taking my with on the improvement path.

Excellent learning curve

Everyday is a busy day and still learning alot, i have a good relationship with all co workers and management. Its always a good learning curve on breakdowns wich is alway a good challenge.

Best changing technology

we work long hours but the team has a spirit of togetherness especially on safety issues.because there was no instrumentation guy,i ended up learning a lot coz i was responsible for that area.i enjoyed to get the plant up and running after a maintenance shutdown.because the company was trying to acheave the most effective,cost reduced way of production in the safest way there was a lot of continous changes in technology ,try to get the best possible latest technology meaning i was having a lot of such exposure

Excellent learning curve

Because of my wire man licence. I had a lot of responsibility and would work long hours and stand by .as the only electrician with a wire man's licence I had to serve two mine sites and that was very hactic .

Pros: I had to diversify also to instrumentation and refrigeration

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy communicating with employees during inspections , safety meetings , toolbox talks which improves relationship between us as colleagues . Through this company I have learnt that safety is culture it doesn't happen over night it takes time for people's to adapt to the required standard.
