Excellent learning curve

Working in Chrysalis Academy was a great things because I also learned about how people do things on the daily basis. Since I was working in the HR office. There were people who would like to take an advantage to access other people 's information thinking that because I am an introvert, it will be easy to manipulate me.I also learned about people who like to interfere with other people's jobs and a proper way to deal with myself in terms of difficult situations in the work place.

Pros: Great opportunity for helping people
Cons: Normal working hours

Great learning curve to pick up experience...

its bit hectic to get to work as I have to take two trains. So i have to hurry to get to work and I Must complete a days work just in case I will be late the next day due to trains. My work requires a lot of copying and printing. My colleagues are a big help though as we help each other quite well. Working and inter acting with the students are a highlight for me.

Pros: GREAT FOR GROWTH
Cons: ITS A BIT OUT OF WAY TO TRAVEL TO TOKAI FROM ELSIES RIVER
