Working for Chubb has been very inspirering to me I would recommend the company to anyone the growth is there they also encourage us to improve ourselves. I also did some learning there I was taken to do the technician alarm causes with Texicom so that I can also help the clients when they have problems with their alarm so the board will ggo very smooth because you know all about your company loved it so much I also interacted with overseas clients you learn a lot from them like what they Luke eating how to present yourself in front of them and a good listening skills as they don't talk the same loved everything about my work

Pros: There is a great opportunities for growth I learned a lot from different departments
Cons: There were only long ours if the meetings takes long or if the chuttle came late to fetch the client because the client or visitors has to feel safe to invest more in the company

I am a professional person

I enjoy working at Chubb, and my co-workers are very good people too, I have learn that I must work hard always make sure that I learn news things.I am a professional person, trustworthy, with excellent interpersonal working relationships with my peers. I believe I would be the suitable person for the positions advertised, as I have the qualification and experience required

Pros: if i have too much work, i never eat my lunch at all, my work comes first
Cons: we work usual hours from 8am to 16:30 pm

WORING ENVIRONMENT AS WELL IS GREAT AND WE GET TOGETHER WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES BUT THERE IS NO GROWTH

IA AM CURRENTLY WORKING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT MAKING AND RECIEVING CALLS. WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS MAKING SURE THAT THE CLIENT IS SATISFIED AND ENSURING THAT MY TARGET IS UP AT ALL THE TIMES AND I COMPARE MY ACHIEVEMENT WITH THE ONE FOR MY COLLIGUES. WE GET WELL TOGETHER WITH MY COLLIGUES AND I FELL MORE HAPPY BEING AROUND THEM AT ALL TIMES.THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERS ME ITS LONG HOURS AS WE WORK 12HRS PER DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT ALSO BUT I ALWAYS MAKE SURE I AM ON TOP OF MY GAME AT ALL TIMES.

Pros: I WOULD LIKE TO GROW, WORK MYSELF TO THE TOP
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS INCLUDING WEEKENDS

Well structured company , lots of new people , one meets on a daily basis.

My day begin's with , checking all e-mails , responding to clients queries . I also attending to technician's requests. I take a walk around the warehouse , make sure all working well. Talk to the warehouse staff , sort any issue;s , make sure all clean and tidy.

Pros: No potential for progress
Cons: Normal working hours

Excellent awareness skill

A typical work day is when the is a number of incidents. My relationship with my co-works is normal we respect each other. I have learnt to pay attention to detail and be aware since i do a dangerous job. I enjoy seeing people feeling safe when they see me. The challenging aspect is to be in an imminent incident.

Pros: The is a lot of training done on the job
Cons: long working hours

Excellent for starting employees

Usually thrown in all aspects of the company in a day. Able to breeze through as I have 15 years of experience in the security industry. I have learned to be versatile, working in all departments, assisting with all problems, complaints and resolving issues. Most challenging aspect is when you send a query to a different department and you are not sure whether they will resolve as urgently as you will yourself, or resolve within the time frame.

Pros: Better prospects
Cons: Salary discrepancy
