A great co-worker experience, friendly and helpful co-workers Enjoy interacting with different people within cipc At times I feel stuck because I am doing a job that I was just placed in without any considerations to my qualification or studies Interaction with personnel from different government departments

Excellent expiriance

during that period of 5 year i have learnt so many things like how to handle our client to calm down when their are angry and i enjoyed working with different people every day..the most important thing i liked my colleague..the most challenging part was when the system were offline/down..and our client started to complain

Pros: great salary and bonuses
Cons: tea time was too short

Learning cave

I'm a hard working person who always goes extra mile and ensuring to rich my deadlines as teamwork is a key aspect in the working environment, I'm a self driven person whom can deal with any situation, i got the following skills managerial skill, conflict management skills, negotiating skills and communication skills, thanks.

Pros: i was promotted from admin clerk to senior admin clerk and from senior admin clerk to assistant manager, thanks.
Cons: im used to working long ahours including over times as don't mine to work in the knight, thanks.

Learning curve

challenging, educating of customers about the product of the company as well as procedures to follow. A good team player and I work very well with other colleagues in the company. I love educating customers as well as sharing information with all the clients, customer service is a passion.

Pros: repetition of the same thing everyday

Excellent learning curve

Answering call the first thing in the morning when we get at work, take tea breaks and resolving issues for clients. Liaising with other departments for resolving clients issues.Learning more about the company products.Enjoy most resolving clients issues when they are desperate and appreciating my assistance and get excited. When the processors are not willing to assist us to help client and client get frustrated and loose hope on the services of the clients.

Pros: no opportunity for growth
Cons: long working hours
