Production has impacted my life in a positive way

Having to request a raw material from the warehouse to production plant using the ERP system accompanied by relevant documentation, assist with the creation of job cards based on the formulation sheet, do a costing spread sheet etc. I work a lot with people since I am in the middle line between factory workers and office employees and I have learnt how to deal with peoples differences and behaviour, I have learnt that we do not interpret the world in the same way even though we have to respect one another. I enjoy us working in unity having a mutual motive of taking a business into the next level. The most challenging aspects of the job is when I have to work in pressure because of many orders coming in at once but I overcome that by sorting out the small orders get done with them then deal with big orders which takes time to be completed.

Pros: They care alot with growing people in certain fields of the company in compliance with Skills Development Act
Cons: Delay of supplier deliveries

Good working environment

it a good place o work but not good management relationship with colleagues is very good the most challenging thing about my job is getting blamed for all the calls that they missed or never bothered to return them. i have gained a lot of experience at the reception and admin.
