Picker,packer and van assistance.

What I was doing at this company I was pulling the stock in to the warehouse after being counted from the trucks pack them and pick them to the areas according to the invoices to different for loading the vans.

Receive stock count it,pack it and deliver it.work as team,to be patient and put the customer first.

pulling the stock from the truck and packing in the shelves,loading Customers orders in trucks sorting invoices.my relationship with my colleagues was very nice we was working as solid family.I learnt lots from Ciro like how to start a relationship with other people from different homes to be come one family for the company,i learnt how to treat a customer and how to keep a customer happy,I enjoyed to talking with customers and making sure that they are happy with the services they get from my company.the most challenging aspects of the job is when I Am dealing with hard customers.

Ciro is possibly the largest coffee company in South Africa

The work scope is varied. Sales: Tracking and monitoring customers spend vs prior FY New business roll outs with the sales area consultants. New business activations Monthly targets are met ,set and achieves by product. New customers are met and taken through the process off succesfully becoming and staying a loyal customer. Quarterly regional customers visits include budget discussions as well as looking for new opportunities and pricing and spend discussion. Often promotional activities will be implemented. Reporting monthly back on customer activities to National Executive

Pros: The coffee is a vibrant and exciting industry.
Cons: The industry is very flat with little opportunities for growth

Excellent learning curve, good working environment

I started as an internal messenger at Avi, got promoted to a driver position, and after 5years I got a job as an administrative assistant at Ciro, which is also under Avi. It is a very good company with good and friendly people.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn ang grow
Cons: Long hours of work
