City and Guilds Reviews

An amazing experience of learning and growth.

A typical day at work included the oversight of the quality of the assessment and development of qualification This included 5 hour meetings on some days proof reading handbooks, assignments and exams Handling customer queries on course content Analyzing results from exams to monitor performance Handling Exam appeals Capturing and paying claims from consultants Arranging travel for consultants I have an excellent relationship with coworkers easily one the bests parts of my job I have learnt a wealth of information particularly around customer service, finance and quality and compliance. I enjoy the meeting the most lots of critical thinking required I was part of a remote team which meant lots of webinars and IT complications would ensue.

Pros: Amazing dedication to skills and development
Cons: International company struggling in the SA market
