Learning curve

- a typical work day is very slow and I am not as productive as I want to be due to lack of resources and support from management - my relationship with my co workers is great. I have a great team behind me - I was able to learn about management, how to resolve conflict and be a good leader nothing - the most challenging part of my job is not growing, lack of support

Excellent in determining work ethic

Typical work day doesn't include much honestly. Pretty much sitting around and doing much. My relationship with co-workers is pretty much in great standing as i accommodate all different cultures and personalities. Haven't learnt much but that when unhappy try and keep at it until something better comes about

Cons: Spend a full week doing nothing in the office

Good

I have a very good relationship with my supervisor and my collegues, iam a very good listener, with my 1 year and 4 months experience I have learned a lot and I would like to still learn more in this municipality. I enjoy most the challenges I get when im learning new things, because the more the thing is difficult is the more I keep practicing until I become right. I would say the most challenging aspects of the job is when dealing with a difficult clients/customer, but I enjoy helping them and calming them.

I have an opportunity to be a part of the CCMDD program

The CCMDD program (Central Chronic Medicine Distribution) is headed by the National Department Of Health. Patients can now go to their private pharmacies to collect their medication instead of having to wait in long queues at the clinic. I am very fortunate to be a part of this team, making a difference in the future of medicine.

Growth and Excellent learning curve

My name is Tshimangadzo Roseline Smith hereby apply for the above position as. I am a 39 Black female who is currently employed at City of Tshwane Municipality as Customer Care Consultant and Acting as Human Resource Officer to assist Functional Head Human Resources in our Region, I completed my National N Diploma Business Management in 2000 and I did a short course in Call Center. However, I do wish at a later stage to further my studies so that I can be of benefit to any firm that may employ me.

Excellent learning curve

I am currently employed as a Student Electrician. I have experience in cable joining, electrical wiring and testing. I have An N6 in Electrical Engineering,and NQF level4 in Electrical Infrastructure and Construction, i also have paper1 and paper2 in Electrical Installation Rules. I have a trade test as an Electrician. And i am currently busy with my Workman's license.

I have knowledge in the following electrical measuring instruments such as multimeter, Earth loop impeadance tester,Insulation Resistance tester, etc. I have a great passion for electricity ,travelling
and learning new things. With great interpersonal and communicating skills

Excellent work environment

My relationship with my colleague is very professional and respect is most given.We work as a team and motivates each other. I have learnt team work morale and new working systems,I also have learnt how to engage with people. What I enjoy about my work is that its challenging and there is always work to do The most challenging aspect of my job is usually when Companies claim funds for work that was not done and has to be proven
