I learned mostly about prevention of loss of stock.

I work as a team and easy to get along with people,in most cases management puts me forward to do tasks.I do spot check every hour to prevent pilverage inside the store which leads to shrinkage if not prevented.

Pros: I want to see myself as a manager someday.
Cons: Perseverance and endurance drives me everytime.
