Good organization culture

The organization culture was excellent. All employees are treated the same regardless of their positions or rank. The company also invested on their employees by training them on a regular basis most notably to improve on their weaknesses

Excellent learning curve

I have over 20 years wirkibg experience and currently workibg in the CEO's office as the project coordinator. My current rmployer is a company that is in aviation industry reporting directly to the Minister of of Tranport. I enjoy my job and live what i do but looking for a new environment to broaden my expertise and get a exposure.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long distance travelling hours

I am A quick learner

I am an extremely outgoing individual who have establish himself in asset management environment. My asset management experience includes, asset verification, receiving, assigning of assets to user's, recording of assets on asset register, compiling of asset report and reconciling. I am someone who craves on new & exciting challenges and enhance my ability to work under enormous amounts of pressure and stress and at the end ensuring on what is required to sustain and maintain the quality components utilized in learning.

Pros: I want to continue with my career in an esteemed organisation, to get much needed experience and grow professionally
Cons: working at this company will help me shape myself in being a contributing employee and become a professional in life
