Good at unlocking employees potential

Good company and not comfortable to have black people at their head office or managerial levels. I have learnt so much from the person that was helping /training me. He was patient with me and always recognize me when I have performed very well. When it comes to management, they don't communicate at all not even greet you.

Excellent learning curve

The company has no proper systems in place. Most of the employees are doing work they are not supposed to be doing. Financial management it's poorly controlled.

Pros: Great opportunity for preparing myself to run my own business.
