It Helped me work with multi race, multi skilled people

It was a real learning curve for me. But a day in the office is meeting & greeting visitors. Telephonic queries to medical aid societies. Set up n follow up on outstanding accounts. Confirm debtors employment details. The finance section is were i worked as part of a team. I also worked independantly. Like banking of cash recieved as part of a cashiers duties & depositing. I am able & capable of minute taking. Computer lieratw as well as data capturing on the Government health data system Bas. I love it when i am sble to balance my cash book together with my debtors ledger. I love meeting deadlines & challenges. Its difficult to balance n complete recons but i fid enjoy it.

Pros: Yes there was but it was more for the equality & race purposes
Cons: Excellent benefits, eg. medical aid, 13 th cheque double your salary, sick & vacation leave

Excellent learning

Dealing with patients complains to make sure that they get a good service, answering phone call is my daily work solving problems, I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I learnt to communicate with people and loving people like my family, the thing that I enjoy the most when I am writing the story in the event and taking photos the most challenging aspects of my job when I am delivering the speech and people they want to get answers at the same time.

Clairwood Hospital is Health institution so I have learnt more about healthy working environment so order for me to keep working environment health it has to start with healthy mind and spirit and with that you can create a good relationship with everyone at work because you can manage everyone's diversity very well. what gives me joy there is that they let experience even managerial duties it can be challenging at times but I like the challenge that where my growth lies.

My company giving a great experience and make you to gain more experience as much you work with hope And they offer much care to patient as much as they can. The trainees they find the way of working and feels to be home no one treating to each other .they treat us equally and show love

Batho Pele principles

I've learned how to use Batho Pele's principles,how to communicate with people and to talk to a clients in a manner way if he/she is angry.Our relationship with others co worker is great because we also work together as a team. I enjoy working with a people and I like challenges.

Pros: I just wants a Permanent Job because on my previous I'm still a trainee
Cons: I will be able to work overtime

I LOVE WORKING AT THIS ORGANISATION, BUT THERE ARE LITTLE OR NO ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A POSITION.THERE IS EXCELLENT MENTORS AND PROMOTIONS.
