New learning curve

Working in a small company like this is good because all workers get to work together and we are like a family. My days work consist of: Repairing and reconditioning of Auger screws, i gouge and then wekd them up again. If needed in the plant i help the maintenance team in assisting in any maintenance work to be done in the plant eg: a breakdown has occurred. What i have learnt here is that you are always learning new things because nothing is ever the same in all companies there will always be something new to learn and that's what i enjoy most is to learn about all kinds of industries. The most challenging aspects of the job is being the only welder on site its quite difficult to deligate because there is hardly ever anyone to take over from me and help me.

Excellent leaning curve

a good company mainly less opportunities for promotion and permanent positions. small laboratories for some experiments. but overall is a good company
