Excellent

I was working at clariant doing all the things that Operator do. Most of the things I do. I was operating my own section alone. Where we were producing the podwer and extruders. Most of the important things was house keeping because its very important that the company look clean and that minimize the chances of getting injured. Clariant was a great company who knows safety for the co-workers. In terms of Operators they help me alot and we were working as a team in everything we do and don't judge anyone. We kerp on working until the work is done.

I learned to remain humble and focused during hard times

Currently I'm not working but I did my inservice training last year and I leanrded to work with my peers with a lot of grear energy I REALLY DONT SEE WHAT I'M texting it blank

Pros: Great opportunity for gaining more experience and grow in the company
Cons: long working hours
