I like being active in a work plase

Greetings - Normally on Monday and Friday it's crazy. I sit on switchboard witch includes Admin so i forward detailed message to the Chairman of the board and the Managing director, the finance Director as well as the Sales Director. We have no personal assistant and no sales person at hand so i answer all calls. further in the week it goes quite and production starts. i like people. i am the first they see when entering through these doors and i make them feel comfortable. co-workers i have no problem with, i like team work and building each other up. I have learned to focus on what i am good at and perfecting it no matter who looks down on my achievement. I enjoy the people. i love to encourage them to better themselves. We need to speak life it bring positive atmosphere in a work place. Most challenging is talking to foreigners or Management with there unclear pronounce of words and have to take the message and they are irritable to repeat themselves to me.

Pros: Promotion is positive
Cons: I would not prefer unnecessary late nights. If i am not the cause of getting my work done earlier during the day.

Excellence in staff training

I work extremely well with team Members and are a training coach in the industry.i manage the day to day projects of the company and ensure on time quality deliveries. Ensure that all machine maintain their efficiencies.

Pros: It a well established company with job security
Cons: Long working hours and unrealistic expectations.
