Good learning curve

That was good to work with the cleaning specialist, we cleaned carpets and uphoulstry in clients houses, everyday. And learnt to work together with my co workers as a team not undermining any of them and I've treated all of them as my family. I've enjoyed most when we got incentives at the end of each month that motivates us about our hard working status and not forgetting the recomdations we got from our Clint's. The challenges wev ever had its when a customers refused to approve our jobs and don't want to sign out our job cards because he's not happy obout our service whereby we had to go back again to fix the problems, i mean that is the big challenging issue at this company

Pros: its about time to get a new challenge of life for a change
Cons: working till sat, sunday and end up missing sometime with the family

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working at Cleaning Specialists, I have a good relationship with my co-workers at the office and on site. It's good to speak different languages everyday. I have learned a lot about customer care and customer needs. The most challenging aspects of the job is when someone didn't come to work on 1 of the sites and you didn't know anything about it and the Manager of the site wants someone there immediately.

Pros: You get to speak to celebrities on the phone
Cons: No opportunities for growth because it's a family owned business
