VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE
my work includes interacting with customers, doing minor procedures like blood pressure, sugar testing, papsmears, managing stock. i have a good relationship with co-workers since i have started here. they refer customers to me and vice versa. we work as a team to achieve targets. i have been for various training while i was here. i have a certficate in BLS, the go smoke free workshop and i just completed a certficate with boston university in advanced paediatric nutrition. i enjoy interacting with customers and providing great service. there are no real challenging aspects of my job here at clicks. the environment is very relaxed and smooth. everyone does their duties and we help each other.
Pros: relaxed environment, resources are readily available, great staff, flexibility, good working hours
Cons: no real growth within the nursing profession, stagnating, monotonous, no real challenges

Stepping stone my career
working at click is a learning curve and its good for people who just finished grade 12 but its not a type of job to be a career. I feel i have a lot to offer in my working years i would not like to be stuck where i feel i do not belong but it good and it has opportunities for people who like retail.
Pros: great opportunities and you learn customer service

knowledge equals power
Always unexpected changes , does not give rise to job title Salary is of major concern, going the extra mile. Does not recognize employees in correct manner. Always a busy work day, challenging environment. Always going the extra more than job description . I am always up for a challenge but this is my time for growth and I see opportunity. I have gained a lot of experience and I am grateful for that opportunity.

Experience is obtainable
Management of staff, making sure that stock replenishes, making sure that day to day duties of all staff are executed. The relationship I have with my co-workers is very good, staff development is one of the primary aspects. I was promoted from shop assistant to full time management. We deal with customers everyday which grows ones interpersonal skills that is what I love and enjoy about my work.

Excellent communication skills
Working at Clicks was great good communication with my co-workers and great help where i need it or where i don't understand what to do. I learn alot there as for example how to merchandise, how to do the price labelling and sharpening my customer communication skills. I enjoy being at the till and serve the customer also help them with their goods to carry it to their vehicles. The most challenging part i experience is to be in many places at the same rime like packing the o floor and also needed to the check out
Pros: The chances of getting promotion in the company were there

Excellent environment to think on your feet and deliver the best customer service
Working at Clicks I’langa mall was a great experience as there is always something new to learn, you are not just boxed into one activity. You learn different skills and tasks that keep the company at it full potential and thus creating an opportunity to use those skills to work hard and be promoted to the next level. I got to interact with different kinds of people and learned to adapt and study people so I could provide the, with the kind of customer service that they would like.

No learning or growth in the company
I recently moved from Purchase order to lean to trade to be a reconciliations clerk must say I was excited and looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities the work was going to bring. I work well with the team great communication and team work. I have learned a lot through my coworkers. But with the management not so much on communication, resulting int micromanagement which box you as an employee no growth or whatsoever. Learned a lot from the position still am with ways of And balancing the accounts. the

Good work experience
It is a good platform to exercise my skills and learn more about workplace environment, and to practice good adherence to company policy and regulations even though all this is done on long working hours a day, up to 11 hours, under minimum wage. I travel a long way to and from work and this eats on my pockets. Other than that my relationship with co-workers and superiors is satisfactory
Pros: Good work experience, great acquisition of client services techniques, learning telephone attequet, platform to enhance skills and performance measurement.
Cons: Long working hours in a day, minimum wage, little room for growth, limited challenging activities, low improvement of the standard of living due to unsustainable income.

Experience in customer service
I learnt how to interact with people. And to meet customers needs. I resigned for opportunity growth. I want to focus on my career as an accountant.

Good for a start up job
Great company for a first time job or a job as a student. Although you are over worked and under paid. Flexo timers do more work than permit staff within the store good at your job managers keep you in that place for a h no growth.
Pros: 2 days off weekly
