APPLICATION FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST POSITION I, Bongiswa Chitha, would like to apply for office administrator/receptionist position. I completed my studies in Business Management N4, N5 and N6 at False Bay College. I am currently employed at Clicks Holdings Head Office in Wood stock, as a Payroll reconciliations intern. I have been capturing Tax invoices, manual salary payments, and credit memos on SAP FI, as well as payment reconciliations. I am performing adhoc administration functions such as scanning, indexing and filling. I am a hard worker who enjoys challenges. I wish to broaden my theoretic knowledge and understanding in the industry. I am a young inquisitive lady who is able to work with a team. I have a high degree of commitment. I am able to work under pressure based on the nature of my position. I have developed communication and writing skills. I am eager to learn and I will make a positive contribution to your company.
