Clintele is just a normal working environment, Lots of team work. hardwork and effort is highly is highly recognised and compensated.They value their brand more than anything. They always want to improve the work invironment where they can even if it means getting rid of toxic people to solve a situation

Excellent

It taught me a lot,customer service and problem solving.the incentives were great,you will meet with different clients angry,sad but and the end of the day it taught me to always close a cliente regarding policies

It was a great experience working in a call centre operations team.

Deadlines were the order of the day. Constantly reviewing performance. Managing the performance pay process allowed interactive communication between various departments. I loved the culture, a diverse group that respects and rewards high performing individuals. Year end functions were the highlight of the year when all are well rewarded for top performance. Loved it.

Pros: Great company to work for.
Cons: No growth opportunities
