Salary increase or promotion

I work from 8h00 to 16h00. I receive calls from clients who have queries on their policies as an insurance company. Since its an inbound call center and the head office of the company. I also have a privilege to call back clients and assist them. Im also one of the agents that retains policies. Moreover, because of my hardwork and connection I have with clients when they call to cancel, I have also been selected to work as an administrator as well. I reply to emails and fax that comes though and call them back as well for clarity and understanding. My work involves working as a team and that means I have good relationship with my colleagues and learning from each other to give good service to our clients at all times.That being said, a challenge is when one is not playing his part as this affects everyones efforts and in turn leads to poor service no matter how hard you worked.

Pros: Working everywhere increases my chances of being recognised and also getting nominations on company awards
Cons: We work normal hour, however, it's too much work and that means working under pressure all the time

Growth opportunity

I manage the Hospital Plus and Life account day to day marketing activities including generating the leads for the call centre managers & consultant.I have continued to maintain a well established relation with my worker both professionally and personally going back to my previous employers.I have learnt and grown in both analytics and account management to grow the Hospital plus product.

Pros: No opportunity as yet
Cons: Too much administrative work

Fast learner

I have been with clientele for 7 years and 2 months I have exceed In tasks given I have taken 3 awards 3 years in a row 2 going the extra mile and 1 service champion at our year end function. I am a problem solver team player and know what is needed of me in an work environment I have assisted with ad hoc items given and exceed in them. in 2 years that I am in the legal department I have started as a legal administrator studied paralegal was a trainer for systems within a year and now I am a paralegal. I know I have what it takes to be off an asset to your company if given a chance.

A great opportunity with infinite potential

I have only started working as an IFA (Independent Field Advertiser) for a week now and there isn't much to say about it. However it's been a different experience because I'm accustomed to working in an office environment. While it's a good opportunity filled with great potential I feel the need to find a much more stable job I'm experienced in hence I prefer to work as an IFA part-time.

I learned to stretch myself beyond my limitations, and not to limit myself in everyday learning.

It was a veri exciting experience ,working in a company with a huge number of people,some days gets so veri busy that u won't HV time for lunch, I did maintained a veri good relationship with my co-wokers, especially my boss,we got along so very well and we worked as one team.I enjoyed most when I took bigger tasks,things if never done before,it was most challenging wen I team up with more experienced people cos they hallways make you like you will never make it.

Brilliant Customer Service

I am good person with good communication skills and I enjoy working as a team. i will like to join your company in order to explore the experience i have for Customers. i learned a lot with Customers needs and wants. the difficulty I had experience is to manage a team alone .

Diligent and hard working

Working for clientele has been a pleasant experience for me i have leart alot from my superiors including exco members. I work 8 to 6 and as telemarketer marketing clientele insurance to customers eg. Referals. Its a good job but i am more about growth and change. The relationship with my workmates was good but always kept professional On a daiĺy basis its about work and work. Meetings in mornings than off to work the most challenging part iz that we work on targets and commision so it does put pressure.
