I listen and learn then i make my steep progress then the pleteau progress shows out

Am a hard worker i manage my work correctly,and i dont compromise my work with my personal life,i don't allow my co-workers to undermine others because i support them as a family,I've learn a lot because am not sterio type i also help on other department,working with people who smile while they're doing their job,challenge is working with people who arecalways emotional while you .

Pros: Talk loud and clear ,working as a team and together we can make it.
Cons: Working overtime when am asked too do so as i have to make sure my work is in control

Excellent learning curve

It is well managed and secured and gives opportunities and support to their team and gives great opportunities to each individual as a person and as their team workit been a great opportunity to be part of the team er

It was a very good opportunity for me to be able to gain experience and how to deal with people

First of all what I liked the most was to help people everyday who came to The clinic especially Old people. During the day it's very hectic cause some people are very rude but I calm myself and speak in a well manner. So what we do is we deal with the issueing of folders to patients and making sure they leave the facility helped. The most hard thing is when the clinic is full work production is very slow but overall we manage as a team. I have a very wonderful Bond with fellow workers cause I'm very talkative and nice listen to others opinion
