Hardest part would have to be flexibility between JHB and Cape Town

* You always have tasks to complete, its fun because nobody really manages you, you need to have discipline and work hard, get involved in tasks and it's an agile environment, all ideas are always welcome. CEO, COO and CTO are very supportive and always willing to assist, opened to new ideas

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Flexible hours, some people misuse that
