Great experience

I am in a training programe at Clover with manufacturing and distribution operations. I am rotated through all the departments specifically the Inbound logistics, Outbound logistics and the Logistics officer department that make up the system for moving resources through production and to the end user.

Pros: Exposure to the industry
Cons: working overtime

Life at Clover

I have a good relationship with my co-workers and my manager. I have learnt a lot since I started there. I have experience in both replenishment and e a good relationship with my co-workers and my manager. I have learnt a lot since I started there. I have experience in both replenishment and demand planning in the FMCG. in the FMCG.

Pros: Working for such a big company and people I am learning a lot from.
Cons: I dont have any complaints

Clover is a well established company but there isnt many opportunities for me grow

working at Clover can be very stressful but I've learnt to handle this pressure in a positive way. my relationship with co-workers are great, we always try and assist each other in whatever way we can. the thing I enjoy the most is having co-workers that can get the work done and still be able to laugh and joke about things. I think the most challenging part of my job is the shift work, i've been working shifts for years but I cannot get use to it. I work with pride and try my best to ensure my job is done as best as it could be, it upsets me when I find that others don't work the same way.

Pros: i get company benefits
Cons: not much room for growth

Great place to learn and develop yourself

Very good working environment and great place to learn and pick up skills and tools needed for future growth. Excellent working opportunity. Most reputable company in South Africa

Pros: Lots of opportunities allowing 1 to function on their own
