Im a very enthusiastic person & very vibrant

What im learning in the current job is that, determination is key, striving for sales is more important at clover, relationship with customers its priority. What i fascinates me its how we negotiate deals.im very good negotiater,the most challenging part is when its mid month & sales are being needed whilst the business is down..

My service is to make sure all broke downs are done on time as an electrician

I am an electrician how fix machine on time do my schedules on the machine make sure line performance is up at all time course my relationship with co workers is good course I learn fast and I like to share information of work an I have learnt partnership with workers and good hand over shift an I have enjoyed to be with the workers course we are like family and the most challenging if faults finding and I loved it .

Exposure as a Category planner

assist with product ranging with specific retailer, ensuring product library is up to date with images and product dimensions of current and new products launched. Meeting with buyers and their space planning team to assist. Maintaining and building of planograms. Attending Marketing Meetings. I enjoy prioritising my work to meet deadlines. I enjoy giving my input with regards to a shelf layout.

Continous improvement

- taking over 200 calls per day - i learned to be calm and professional all the time - Challenge is when you cannot resolve customer complained within SLA time and customer keep on calling looking for you - i enjoy giving customers best service, it feels like race won

Excellent learning curve

Working at Clover Sa is a great idea to start off.We take each day as it comes. Everyone gets along well with one another the drivers with the rest of the staff. The past 10 year's I've learned a lot and I still am learning alot. I Love the working atmosphere there its very vibrant and alive. There's a lot of challenges on a daily basis and.we try and make the best of the situation.
