Excellent Learning Phase for my financial career

it has been an interesting experience to practically apply my textbook knowledge. it gives great joy to give what you have learnt plus my experience in working with people from different levels , especially to work closely with the owner of the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow and valuate my strength
Cons: there are no specific hours

Learning curve

Its a highly pressured environment as you are also required to make tailor made pricing which are not based on the actual pricing, i work well in a team environment and its a small team we have become like a family. Learnt to think fast and effective making sure clients are happy and company does not loose money. I enjoy direct access to seior managers which gives me direct insight about busieness. The only challenging aspect is making a financial decision and there is no one to give second opinion about costing and being given the power to make the decision.

Pros: Great platform to learning and experience
Cons: Its too risky cause u can cost company money
