Bookkeeping to trial balance ,Computerd bookkeeping and Cost and management accounting
I did enjoy working in finance department because it was related to my studies.like reconciliation of cash book ,paying suppliers ,and staff accounts . Meeting my deadline ,and making sure i clean supplier trial balances ,and goods received note are matched to the invoices and captured in our system very day .and get the invoices approve by managers .And making sure expense claims are paid to the employees and credit cards claims are submitted according to company policy . working with respect and learning to understand people i'm working with and to know they personalities. we all different and we work differently.And you must work smart and make sure you meet your deadline .and finish your daily activities. Learning different activities every day.Like paying local creditors and paying foreign creditor its enjoyable . When we don't have enough cash flow to pay our suppliers .that is challenging

Excellent growth opportunity
My typical day is a Quality Manager includes coordinating the project/manufacturing inspection program, high level meetings with MD, Production and Supply Chain, Projects and all stakeholders on Quality matters, meeting with Quality personnel, problem solving and general control and leadership of the Quality Department. Interact with the Executive Management, departmental managers and people on the shop floor in matters pertain strategy and operations respectively. Have learnt much about Projects and operating and interacting at all levels of the organisation. I enjoy coming up with solutions to complex issues pertaining Quality The most challenging aspect of the job is juggling project delays caused by client and balancing them with with in house and vendor production schedules.

It is a good company to with a warm work environment
It is a good company to with a warm work environment, I had a very good relationships with my colleagues. I learnt to work in a team. I enjoyed going to site. We sometimes had to face client when project was behind schedule

Managing site operations built my multiskilling. Challenging aspect of my job was time off.
Culture conducive for skills growth. ChahllenOver ges enges were long hours of work due to overcocmmitments and chasing Overcommittment and long hours of work built strong characterlines
Pros: Due to hard working and posting positive results on such harsh operation arrangement I found myself elevated from supervisor to site manager
Cons: Long hours and less weekends rests with family was the order of the day due to pushing deadlines and overcommited work loads.

Excellent learning curve
Worked starts at 7am to 4pm. a typical day will start with a cup of coffee and the reading of the emails unless its a hectic day. funny conversations with my my four co workers, talking about traffic, politics or soccer. a happy and free working environment creates productive employees. i like the fact that my manager never micro manged us. the my challenging days would be the auditing days.

Power station projects
I have Trade Test – Mechanical Fitter from INDLELA in Olifantsfontein of which I completed in 2017. Before that, I did Apprenticeship at Nampak Tissue (Twinsaver) in Mechanical Fitting for two years. I also did training at Sea Harvest for 1.5 years of which I was engaged as Trainee Factory Mechanic. I did not complete my training at Sea Harvest because I decided to do Fitting and Turning at False Bay College, which was a full time course for 1 year.

Working For Clyde Bergemann Africa
There is growth potential and beautiful leadership. Learnt a lot and offered training to sharpen my skills. Meeting deadlines at times as per client requirements seemed impossible but the team work made working in this company enjoyable and achievable.
