Dealing with customers

working at cm careermarketing has been a challenge for me as i have to deal with all types of people but been a person with a very positive attitude in all aspects i am able to cope with no difficulty atall.

Pros: to work in an organisation where i can atleast receive some benefits aswell as grow
Cons: i am always earger to put in overtime

Excellent in sales/customer sevices/administration

challenging but interesting as i get to speak to all types of people and my relationship with my co workers is good as always we come to an understanding and assist each other what i enjoy most about my current position is liasing with customers encouraging them to book their application with my team and reaching my target on time. most challenging aspect is when one complains and i have to find ways to resolve the issue

Pros: wanting an opportunity to grow which never happens
Cons: working from 830 am to at times 8pm at night with no overtime
