Worst mistake of my life

I want to grow as an individual I'm my career,this company offers no such. I have receives an increase once in the 3 years I've worked with the company and not once has management recognised how hard I work to ensure their workshop runs smoothly (if it's within my control).

Pros: Great position to gain management experience
Cons: Working on Saturdays without being paid overtime

Excellent with customer service

I’m currently working on contract basis for CMH East Rand and looking for permanent employment. I have vast experience in customer service and accounts.

Pros: Quick learn
Cons: Long hours
