My day started with us accessing permit to get into any site and also safety instructions for each site. After that we would collect our safety harness and prepare for the day. We made sure that we had all the necessary equipment to assist in the building and as such worked in teams of fours or six. I maintained a good relationship with my colleagues. Respect has always been one of my biggest values. I learnt a lot on the job. The safety aspects and the importance of adhering to the rules. The job itself was hard labour but I enjoy working with my colleagues and team. They are dedicated and committed to the job at hand and as such we work smart as a team. We share ideas and innovative ways on how to best do our job on a daily basis. Challenges that were faced was if there were not enough resources for the team like during rainy days there would be shortage of raincoats or sometimes facemasks. Working without the proper gear made it really challenging in such conditions.

My experience is a base, on up close handling and running of different and unique styled restaurants and banqueting. My aim is to know my guidelines and not be limited in my work place to show and that every establishment can be the best brand in its league, understanding the quality of the industry there can be no second best. Team work allows you to delicate the task that needs to be done and to ensure that the best quality is performed with each task. Managing the Restaurant can be stressful and demanding at all times making sure every operating and task is handed swiftly and in the given time ensuring customers to compliment on Service and food Quality. "WE ALL KNOW IN OUR DEMANDING INDUSTRY IS NOT ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN SAY YOU CAN DO BUT WHAT YOU SHOW YOU CAN DO." Excellent learning curve,
Daily I'd have to interact with every customer on feedback on service the technical team had provided and schedule additional services required. As employees I personally keep a good relationship with co-workers in order to deal with any dispute with the company or client relations. The most important thing I have learnt is that keeping consistency and orderly work is very beneficial to working smoothly. I enjoy time spent speaking to clients. And lastly dispute resolution is very challenging

SEEING DIFFERENT CHANNELS DAILY WHOLESALE & RETAIL LOOKING AFTER 44 PRINCIPLES AND MANAGING 17 MERCHANDISERS. TRACKING NPD'S ON ALL PRINCIPLES AND CHASING SALES TArgets and implementing needed promo's and displays. Together with all needed Admin.....DAILY.

Well experienced company
It is not to bad working at the company its is a good invirement the only problem is the hours is is 12 hour shift 3 days 3 nights 3 off so you live past your family and you don't have time for any thing what i am looking for is a job monday to friday 07H00 to 17H00
