Great experiences,Great Company culture abd a great learning curve

Busy days that start with setting the CNC milling machines fir the days job.For programming we use the Edgecam software.Followed by the lathe jobs according to the job cards for the day. I work well with my collegues who are 99%male,lm the only female in the Machining department. I have learnt how teamwork always have beter results than individualism.Delegating work amongst workers make work easier and accountability is easily achieved. When its knock offtime and there is an urgent part that beeds to be machibed and fitted,then l have to forget about leaving and start working under excessive pressure cause the part is needed ASAP.

Pros: Everyday is a learning experience here.So l am growing in terms of machining knowledge
Cons: No opportunities for promotions
