Great experience

Hectic works schedules, very pressurized, highly selling environment, great leadership, I've learned so much about natural gas. There is still a lot of room for growth and the industry is fairly new

Pros: It's an exciting industry as it's still new in our country, the company is in a growing stage and it's nice to be part of a new concept in South Africa, our product is safe and cheaper than other energies and much more efficient
Cons: The structure of the company is still very flat, new departments needs to structured and it's still going through growing challenges

Vast experience, New and exciting challenge as the Industry is fairly new

Every day has its new challenges. We deal with the "most difficult' clientele, Taxi industry. This industry is not predictable and always keeps one their toes. We have to work together and most of the times be at the client level to get things done well and on time. The fun times are when we have achieved the budget and managed to keep everyone on board happy. I also get to fill in on the industrial side where I get to deal with Gov entities and to be able to get institutions like that to deliver, you have to be hands on, and for me I get better results when I take on duties personally.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Unpredictable clientelle
