Excellent in management

Course management for IT department I have done it well. I have been managing Cisco Academy for 5years at Coastal TVET College I have gain lots of experience. Being involve in panel for interviews as a person to decide on the quality of candidates. Involve in budgets planning and strategic planning. It has trigger me to go and study Business management.

Learn Management skills

I have been observing poor management skill and excellent management. I have been managed by 4 managers in my work life which happened to be the same company but different managers. I have tasted the good management skill and I have learn poor management from the managers which has actually motivated me to study Post graduation in Business management(Mancosa) to further improve the managerial skills. now as I am studying management it has open my eyes more on how to cooperate all different skill that i have get from learning on my work life.
