Everthing is ok but change is always good

when I start my shift I always inter act with my executive chef to look how is the day is going to go look the functions look at the stock. My relationship with my co workers it has always about the trust and how well we going to do the best we can to satisfy the customer. In this industry u learn everyday because you find different customers almost each and everyday. one thing that I always enjoy is the end of my shift when I look and everything went well and everybody is happy. the most challenging is if your team is up to the task ahead and everything will be or is on schedule.

Pros: its always good opportunity to believe that one day you will be there
Cons: long hours and defrent customers

Payroll/HR

I am a 30 year old individual whom has been in the Human Resources/Payroll field for 10 years .I have extensive experience in the field and can manage the payroll process from start up to audit and report writing functions. My experience in the human Resource function is as follows: writing of contracts, offer letters, advertising of vacancies, short listing, criminal checks ext. I am a team player whom works well under pressure and is deadline driven .I thrive on producing results and look forward to new challenges.

Pros: There is never a dull moment in HR/PAYROLL ,its an everlasting adrenaline rush
Cons: High pressure, high responsibility
