Solutions provider

I mostly enjoy and take pride in the fact that I am a solutions provider. People approach me and are reliant on the quality information I have for them and I enjoy offering and being part of the correct solution to their needs. Training and providing education is also very rewarding and definitely a strength of mine. I have been forced to learn and become good at managing my time with all the responsibilities and various duties I have to fulfill. This have been a pleasant learning curve that has afforded more time and discipline and has given me more control over my work allowing me to be proactive rather than reactive.

Learning all the time

The work colleagues work well together. Every day is very hard lots of emails. My customers come first and I have a very good friendship with them. This has been built over the years. We have meetings twice a week one will all the sales staff and then one with my accounts manager.

Pros: Growing in Europe
Cons: Traffic
