Learned a lot and leared to be a beter supervisor

I have great co-worker where we will talk and make jokes ever day after shift ended. The most challenging aspect of the day is when management change the hole days planning at the end of shift and we have only 30 minutes or an hour to prepare for night shift and 70% of time the material of the jobs are not even ready and then I have to see what I can do to get the job coated and comlete

Pros: learned a lot, build my character a lot
Cons: changing hours on last minute, working shifts
