Its a great experience, to in a public sector, under a great supervision of experienced construction project manager who gives us relevant work exposure to gain experience in our field

Excellent services to our people

Have good working relationships and its professional mostly i enjoy sports to keep the body healthy and get good outcomes of any work i do i work hard, also a team. The challenging part is when we can't provide what we have promised to our clients and also a safety in the working environment.

Pros: very rare opportunity for promoting

About my work..

Iam always on site helping project manager with reg.my relationship wih my co wotkers is best .we hae a good relationship.ard to insp. I have learn to be punctual when doing my work and tp handle any pressure even working as a team..ect.challrne is when its raining becausr its not easy to work on site.ions.

Pros: Its not easy to be promoted because there are many workers .and you cant just replace them.so its not easy at all

Great experience in building construction

Working at the department of human settlement is a great opportunity to learn how the provisional government operates and apply the legislation and principles that are used in the construction project management. I've learnt to work with different organization such as NHBRC ,Consulting Engineers, Contractors, and local municipality in order to have a productive project by erecting excellent RDP houses for South African Citizens.

Pros: Given opportunity to work with Consultant Engineer as a public servant.

I WORK FOR COGHSTA,IT MORETHAN 5000 EMPLOYEES. AS A SAFETY OFFICER INTERN, I PROVIDE A SAFETY ENVIRONMENT FOR EMPLOYEES. WHEN EMPLOYEES GET INJURED,I ENSURE THAT THEY ARE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF.

Capable of construction methods.

I have good communication skills i have potential for this work

i have good relationship with my colleagues, during office ours they find me when they need me, am enjoying communicating with them, i do everything they need all the time, they help me with my reports where i need support. i have good listening skill am willing to learn and work under pressure, and i understand what am doing in my office i have good time management

Pros: to work for this is highly appreciated on me because am willing to learn alot. i love the way they accommodate me
Cons: this company is full of support no matter you understand or not, they are pationate to each other, they have productive combination
