Good communication skills and can work without supervision ad solve queries within turn around time

Working with clients you have to be able to treat clients individually sometimes.In a case where the client is angry rather ask if you can rather call the client back.

Excellent learning curve

Working for COID support it’s very interesting because we have colleagues that respect each other. We perform our daily tasks everyday, follow with compensation, liaise with all Clients and give them feedback about IOD claims. The most challenging part is when dealing with difficult clients but I heal very well with them

Excellent learning curve

It is such a great honor and pleasure to work for this company, I love and enjoy what I do on a daily basis. I believe if you know your job, you will enjoy every but of it, of which I am great full for everyday.When I started working, the total number of employees was +-20, well it has grown and we have about 35 employees, it is such an honor to have met this beautiful souls. I have learnt a lot, when I got here I did not have any experience, but I believe the experience I have acquired can earn me a better position with good salary elsewer. I enjoy the fact that there is no deadline, but we know how to push and when to push your work. The challenging part is having to juggle through your colleagues queries, werelese you have your own work to do for the day, so that makes a delay.

Cons: Being on time
