I am a very pasionate person with my job, a fast learner and very accurate, with good people skill.

My working environment is a very good one and open to each other and working hand in hand. I enjoy my Data Capturing work as I am very passionate with it. The bigger challenges that I have is only my salary as I also have family responsibilities, especially when I am the only person who is working in the big family.

I learnt how to work responsibly on my own and to be percistance.

Our company is a very productive company with very good staff members, the only problem is that, there is no growth, and honestly there is a high volume of work but with a very low salary, December time there is no bonuses, if they make an increment its only R200-R300. I learnt how to work responsibly on my own, because we have daily targets to achieve each day.

The experience is good

since I've started working at Coidlink I've learned a lot,and its a hectic environment as we work with targets,it helps us to be fast and focused.The relationship with colleagues is very good.The challenging part is when you come across a challenging file and it demands lot of your time at the same time you need to reach your target of the day.
