A good company. Hard working environment. Opportunity for growth. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and have grown a lot in the space of a year. Overall a good experience. However i am now hoping to move to johannesburg so sadly my time at Colab must come to an end.

Excellent learning curve

Working at my current position is a highly fast paced environment, highly demanding and requires alot of attention to detail and loads of energy. Its a relaxed environment however the work pace is at a different level seeing that it is a manufacturing company. I deal with the bargaining councils amd union and most challenging is the union.

Pros: Benefits are good
Cons: No structure
