It is nice company to work but due to shift work I want day shift job.

RESPONSIBILITIES : SAFETY- RISK ASSESMENT AND PLANT CHECKS. ELECTRICAL FAULT FINDING PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM. MECHANICAL FAULT FINDING MACHINE SETTING FOR SOAP MACHINES. INSTRUMENTATION FAULT FINDING. ATTENDING BREAKDOWN ON SOAP FACTORY. PLC AND NETWORK RELATED PROBLEM SOLVING.

Spending emails

I didn't have any experience when i arrived at samanco but i found that have plenty skils like typing kills and communication skills. I didn't know any thing about computer but samanco tought me how to use a computer. I learned how to communicate with customers. What i enjoy the most it was when i have to file customer documents and have meetings with top management.

Instrumentation and Controls Eng

My P1 and P2 experience Abacus is partners with Siemens and thus I have had a privilege of working with Siemens instruments/devices like PLCs, DRIVES and servo motors. My aim is to pursue a career in Automation and instrumentation. I therefore wish to learn more on PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, DRIVES, and NETWORKING. During my training at Abacus I have learnt to program Simatic S7-200 PLC using TIA portal . I have also learnt some basic programming on the S7 300 including setting up an interphase between a PLC and a programing device using MPI USB cable and doing a little bit of settings I wish to make this clear, I am no longer at ABACUS AUTOMATION, It was only for P1 and P2 and some months more, for now I am on an instruments graduate program at COLGATE PALMOLIVE
